About Us IconPalm Village Ranch is a deed-restricted 55+ retirement community, nestled in a quiet and secluded southwest corner of Okeechobee, FL. In Palm Village Ranch, every homeowner owns his/her own lot and residence. We have a clubhouse, heated swimming pool and stocked 4.41 acre pond. To support the HOA and maintain/improve the community, each owner is required to pay monthly lot dues (payable biannually) which are currently $62.00/month/lot. Included in these fees is basic lawn service for the entire community. That's right....you don't even have to mow your own lawn!!

All prospective owners must complete an Application of Approval, pay an application fee of $25.00, present their d/l for age verification and meet with the Membership Committee prior to closing on ANY property. There is also a one-time $100.00 capital funds fee collected at the time of closing.(Renters must also be pre-approved through the same process.)
